Occult invisibility is something I've also thought a lot about over time. So far, I've seen the following methods which seem quite good and are either rituals or talismanic in nature:
1. Rose Cross Ritual - Sourced from the Golden Dawn materials, this one is noted to produce "invisibility" as a secondary effect. It basically creates a wall of spiritual energy to shield a space from other spirits, but it also has the effect of making you less noticeable in physical life. Modern Magick, by Donald Kraig, has a good rendition of this ritual and a good explanation of its effects. As this is a ritual, you will need to perform it again in order to regain the invisibility effect.
2. Hekate Invisibility Ritual - This one is sourced from Jason Miller's "Reversal Magick" book and is based on Hekate's power. I think it is meant to provide a powerful invisibility from spirits, but I think it also applies to the mundane world as well. No clue how long it lasts, but I think it might be meant to provide even more invisibility than the Rose Cross Ritual (whose primary purpose is not even invisibility). Again, you'd need to cast it again to regain the effect.
3. Solomonic Planetary Pentacles - A better approach from a time perspective is to use a talisman and a set of very potent talismans are the pentacles from the Key of Solomon lineage of grimoires. From the mather's version, I think one of the moon pentacles is specifically meant for invisibility while in the "Veritable Key of Solomon" (translation: Stephen Skinner), one of the Mercury pentacles is very good for this. I have not tried these personally, but I have bought a Jupiter healing pentacle from Frater Ashen Chassan and so far for me, it has been me in excellent health most of the time. if you create your own pentacle or order one from a reputable seller then this might be the best way to go. You can have the effect active for longer than a ritual, with a magical object that is keyed into the purpose of invisibility.
4. Arabic Hyena Talismans - There are also talismans made from Hyena skin which are common in Arabic and North African magical practice. I guess when used in combination with the Jinn, we are talking about talismans that can confer invisibility to the wearer, both to spirits and to mundane reality. There is the ethical question of if you want to use an animal product like this and if there are reputable sellers for something like this. The first answer is your choice, but I don't see any real reputable sellers for this online, so it is kind of a dud in my opinion.
5. Shielding / Black Egg - This is the basic method proposed by some folks who brought up Damien Ecchols. The basic technique of visualising a black shield around you with the intention to be invisible is a common approach. I have not tried it personally, but it probably has a chance of working. Franz Bardon also gives a good explanation of this in IIH which can be extrapolated to your own ritual / spell if you want.
Obviously as others have said, regardless of your choice, you should do what you can to make yourself and your practices discrete and inconspicuous. Mundane action helps magnify the manifestation of the ritual. So being loud and visible will blunt the effect ofthe magick.
