Is a change in temperature a sign of the presence of the deity you are calling upon?

I noticed a definite temperature change during my recent ritual, and I decided to ask some people about it. The responses varied—some agreed, while others didn’t. I'm eager to hear your thoughts on this!

Definitely, there might be various ritual after-effects on Material Plane. They might vary from temperature change to smell and various noises. It doesn't, however, serve as indicator of successful completion of ritual. Even more so, if after-effects are the only efects of the ritual, it means that something actually went very wrong.

It depends. While evocation can have subtle effects on the space in which you are calling from, oftentimes entities will either hold back so as to not disrupt the space or will fully release their presence regardless of how it affects the space depending on the nature of the interaction between you and the spirit.

If the space suddenly gets cooler when you don't have an open window or a drafty room, or if it suddenly gets significantly warmer without the heat kicking on, then you could make the reasonable assumption that it is a result of the manifestation of the spirit you are calling.

Personally I rarely interact with entities in such a way where they can influence my direct surroundings unprompted, as my practice has been heavily focused on theurgical operations and interacting with entities as if they were parts of myself to be commanded or controlled, although I rarely call upon spirits due to my personal stance on outside power versus attained growth.
