Is there a method for creating a forcefield? If so, i would love to know it.

Physical object, I dunno - but energy, certainly. You can erect an energetic "shield" around yourself through focused effort that can repel/reject/reflect f. in. various types of energy coming your way (especially negative). It's a pretty foundational practice (it's why all those mirrors are used in protection spells and whatnot).

I, f. in., regularly use a servitor to erect one around me when I'm not using a subliminal program that directs my unconscious to do so automatically (I'm currently using a different program that does not include a shield).

People do a lot of energy shields, they are forcefields. With physical objects that is very difficult, but I was able to make some telekinesis when I was into it, so it is possible. Shields against energy, that makes sense and is being done.

Unsure of physical energy. Everything is technically a kind of energy, and physical energy is an output of energy.

Physical object and energy are different. I suppose you could block or redirect any energy that is trying to send physical objects your way?
This is not something I pay much attention to. Usually I am well defended as a byproduct of looking after my spiritual and physical health. I can usually feel it or see it if something is trying to break through.
Occasionally I get blindsided, but usually that is if something is misaligned. It's a constant work in progress tbh
