Is there a spell that can turn me into someone else for 24 hours?

So I’m new to this sort of thing but basically what I wanna know is if there’s a way for me to turn into someone else for 24 hours or potentially become a shapeshifter. I have tried Etsy spells in the past but always got scammed so I thought I’d try here. I always have dreams where I can turn into whoever I want and I’m trying to make that a reality. Any help would be appreciated

Short answer: no.

Long answer: even if there were a spell that let you do that it wouldn’t transfer your memories over between bodies so you would have no way of telling it took place.

I have dreams like this, too, and while it is interesting that consciousness can perceive what it feels like, you probably have to be a discarnate being in order to do this.

A side question to this would be, whether or not there are hard restrictions to what magic can do. And I'd imagine that yes there are. Chaos magic can only get you so far
