Is there a universal incense?

Hello i would like to know if there is a universal incense. I heard that frankincense is close. But i would like to know what you think.

I very much would like to hear someone’s input on this seeing as its quite difficult to source incense in my region or I somehow haven’t found a great workaround

I value a blend of Frankincense + Black Benzoin + Mastic + Sandarac + Coriander Seeds + Sandalwood + Cambodian Oud. The reason is that any spirit, in any place, loves it and deeply appreciates it, and its spiritual properties are powerful, attracting spirits by their very nature.

From my personal grimoire (i am fairly certain this is something I have had in my book for 20+years, so it likely was based partly in the old internet, and then some of the then available incense books. Might even have been taken from Complete Book of Incense, Oils, and Brews by Scott Cunningham. I adapted from many places and wasn't great at citing my sources in my youth....)

Universal Incense
3 Parts Frankincense
2 Parts Benzoin
1 Part Myrrh
1 Part Sandalwood
1 Part Rosemary

For those who are having trouble sourcing incense, the basic traits you are looking for are spiritual, cleansing, higher mind, and protection. Temple incenses also work, and they are usually simpler, often just the following:

Temple Incense​

3 parts Frankincense
2 parts Myrrh
A few drops Sandalwood oil
A few drops Lavender oil

or just some Sandalwood to burn

If you can't do or have no incense at all? You just need the vibration. a good perfume can work if you are stuck on needing a smell, or you can use a stone such as hematite or some clear quartz.
