Google '"In Blood and Ashes" pdf' (= quotation marks to look for exact expression), it's on dokumen.pub, vkontakte etc. Welib.org now requires registration, annas-archive.pk is dead slow. I'm always amazed by reupload requests since those books are dead easy to find.

Mega.io cancelled my accounts twice for copyright violations, I won't go through all that reupload hustle yet again. My collection is hosted on another account and has remained unaffected by cancellations so far.
