[Help] Job promotion spell/ritual

Hi forum! Here yet again to ask the opinion of others to assist my sorry ass.

Long story short, after quite a bit of time unemployed due to the horrible situation in the job market (seems to be a theme everywhere now), I was able to secure a job (perhaps due to a working with a planetary spirit, verdict is still out IMO), and I currently work as an accountant. Due to several leaves and emergencies within the company, I have been promoted from junior accountant to accountant in the span of two months, for which I consider myself quite lucky given the change in situation.

The stress the company suddenly found itself under, however, has given me some further ideas, as I believe that there is now a distinct possibility of more positions opening or being created in the future. There is however one problem: while the company is now looking for new workers desperatly, the hierarchy of the company only has two further positions that I can theoretically get to, that of senior and lead, both of which are probably out of reach for the moment (more experienced people would be considered). However, I would still love to get a position, new or existing within the company that is perhaps better paid, as I would like to purchase a home in the next years before they become completely unaffordable here (again, seems to be a universal theme).

My question is, do you have any ritual/spell recommendation that could help? As mentioned, the position would probably need to be created so I can fill it, but given the situation in the company I don't consider it completely farfetch.

As a reference I have some experience with:
-Sigil magic
-Geomancy for reading if a spell will work or trying to get more info (fairly new at this, trying to get better)
-Some easy magic books such as those of Damon Brand or Gallery of magic, had mixed success here and consider only some of them to be good.
-Easy candle magic
-I combined sigil and candle magic in the past for some easy workings with planetary intelligences/spirits. Worked mainly with spiririts of Jupiter, Hismael for instance.

So as you can see, I am fairly inexperienced, even if not a complete newbie. The new job as well does not leave me much time for rituals or magic that requires me to contemplate specific planetary hours, save at night, as the hours are long (even if I still love the job). What do you think I could reasonably do, in order to achieve that aspired promotion within the company in thenext weeks or months, magicwise? I had in mind further working with planetary spirits, but wanted to let the jury here suggest or share any opinions or experiences they ahd in the past in similar situations.

You might like to research the correspondences associated with Chesed, and surround yourself with them in a ritual space.

Then perform a banishing of your choice to begin. LBRP is standard but you can others with a bit of googling.

Then read a short invocation to Fortune imagined as Jupiter or any other form which attracts you. Writing this yourself works best.

State your intention or desired outcome. Imagine your words travelling from you in blue light out into the world to make manifest.

Close with a banishing.

Give the magick the best chance of manifesting by making sure you’ve taken care of all the mundane considerations like CV and cover letter as best you can.
