candles from my knowledge are doors actually scratch that they I a sirens song and a hand shake what I did was use my soul as the candle and I went down the entire list as a kid trying to have my soul as the lure and then hand shake nothing hopefully you see what I mean

Yah sounds like your creating things in your head & as far things getting worse those are cycles majority of humans go through. What do you practice? Are you religious? And werewolf's are not something humans can transfigure themselves into we don't produce enough stem cells to change forms.
Now if we had hydra dna the actual real small fresh water creature that exist today we could possibly grow different body parts & such but that's not possible currently unless your doing Chimera work & are a actually scientist doing biological experiments with humans/eggs
sorry I rush things. at the age of 11 I had some f'ed up problems I called on genes succubi demons that one thing that needed me to be in a dark room alone so much but again something to do with being a werewolf satisfying my mommy issues and just curing my rage against humanity and yes I even went down the gaean route. I didn't have candles I was only eleven so I tried using my soul to do what the candle did but stronger

Your soul is who u are the pilot of the vessel you can't sell/trade or use it since it's you.... Your body is the tech you use to navigate physical reality succubi are just lust egregors & can't do anything but drain your energy. U can't substitute your essence the plasmoid controlling the flesh vehicle for a candle.
Find some archetypes to embody & actually shift your state.
I.. I'm very weird because I don't practice anything but what happened to me this night is crucial I'm well aware I'm an energy vampire candle a contact leech yet never understood how.. and I know I can do "things" yet again never understood how but it suddenly clicked and that's an issue.. and its also weird do to the fact its over 100% stronger and efficient with out my glasses
