Kinetic Abilities?

Hello everyone I wanna ask something.

Do kinetic abilities improve other spiritual and magickal abilities? I mean, what's the point of kinetic abilities? There are no use, or at least i don't know if there are.

I think everything is interconnected. “A healthy mind in a healthy body.” Many spiritual traditions, including Indian yoga, emphasize that a practitioner must be in good physical shape.
