Hi just wondering a couple things:

1. If a woman is using a medium to bind a lover for life, could it be possible that one of her offspring may suffer as a result?

2. If somebody used a banishing spell with just a voodoo doll and a script, to get rid of an unwanted neighbour, could a side effect be that the person's pet may get ill? Ive heard that can happen with hotfoot powder but my question is in regards to a voodoo doll and script (with doves blood ink)

I sure hope not. (my answer to both questions)

I could hypothesize that if a spell is extremely overpowered and unfocused, then maybe yes. But, and here is the key point, these two spells seem relatively unfocused. The practitioner casting them likely can't focus and channel enough power to make the spell work, let alone cause these unwanted effects. This is a good thing. It's almost as if there is a safety net built into magic.

Unless they use menstrual blood. ( ;) inside joke).
PS - don't please.

I agree that it seems unlikely.

...at least it is unlikely to be consequence of the spell. If she ties a jerk to herself, good luck to her.

The banishing spells of this kind tend to be defense magic and that is simply something anyone should be able to do. (meaning to defend themselves.)

I've never heard of a medium that practices witchcraft. Banishing are also not a first line of defense.
