Thank you, @Taudefindi! For the record, the miniscule zip file of the book available on annas-archive org contains nothing but text files for each page of the book. In addition, there's a pdf called "The Book of Ancient Formulas" floating around, allegedly by the same author and also edited by Catherine Yronwode but it looks like a text file copied from somewhere as well, not like a regular book. Might be the same one as the one requested, no idea.
