Book Request Rule No. 5: "The request must reasonably be able to be fulfilled (don't ask for super rare books that are not digitized and obviously no one has access to them)"

The book's edition is limited to 55 copies - are you kidding?

I have the book, although it's in another language, and of course, it's printed. May I share it if I scan it and translate it into English?

Wow, that would be quite a scoop! I hope your OCR program will be able to convert the image files of your scan and thus facilitate a machine translation (my preferred program is deepl.com although the end product would still need some editing), translating texts 'by hand' can be a bitch and very time-consuming. If you're in fact committed to go through with this project, please post the end result of your efforts in Book Shares so that everybody can see it and profit from it, not just the requesting OP here.

Mind you, I still wouldn't consider this request to be fulfilled because members will usually expect the same book in exactly the same edition they've requested and possibly won't even thank you for your hard work.

Please do! Hell if it's allowed, you can send me the original language scan in private before you translate. Any edition is welcome and i am extremely thankful that you're willing to do this

If i get any say in this, can this be marked as a fulfilled request if the person does translate it? I linked that edition since it was the only english edition i could find i think

I've been a bit busy with work lately, but I'll work on the translation as soon as I can. I'm happy to create a Spanish version using AI. Since it's not allowed to share books in other languages publicly, I'll send it to you in a private message instead.

Thank you so much for answering, I have been learning a lot of interesting draconian invocations using chatgpt deep research and I'm starting with thagirion meditations, so I know how hard is to find related books, if you're interested too we could chat!
