In what way would you like to work with demons / what aspect are you wanting to get into? Just going by what you have shared already, that you are on the path of traditional witchcraft I bet you'd be interested in "Demons & Spirits of the Land" by Claude Lecouteux.

Its much more of a historical book than a practical one, but what it covers can inform what you may end up doing with ritual.

Some of the things in the table of contents: Demons and fallen angels, Cult remnants, Encountering spirits of the local land, Boundaries and their markers, Circumabulation, The forest...

I've been reading alot of Connolly here lately. I found a treasure trove in the book share and have been trying to soak up all I can. It's been good stuff.

Check out Demons of Magick by Gordon Winterfield or Lucifer and the Hidden Demons by Michael W Ford. Both demonic in nature but different takes into demonolgy. The first is evocation while the latter has personal philosophy in there as well.

Cool, thank you for the heads up. It's always interesting to learn about different types of pathworkings. Will definitely give both books a look.

Best intro you will ever get? Go meet a demon yourself, face to face and ask him/her to teach you. All the books are theoretical or experiential and will likely have nothing to do with your encounter(s) directly at the end of the day. So sidestep the months of bullshit and get right into the real meat of it all.

What I am saying is, I could go on and on about my experiences with demons and share everything I know about them, and your experiences just might be so different that everything I shared seems worthless or not applicable at the end of the day.

Reach out. Ask. Let a demon teach you directly. I promise you it is worth more than every book written on the topic.

Find a demon by name that seems to resonate with you. Dont ask why it resonates, just go with it. Then evoke and ask. Evoke, dont invoke your first time.

If the demon doesn't want to teach you, or you aren't feeling it, ask that demon which demon would be best suited for you. You will get an answer, then you evoke that demon and ask. It really is that simple.

Buckle your seat belt because your occult work and experience just might end up in overdrive.

Good luck!!
