Targeted love spells are evil and mean. So let me give you one.
I know @HoldAll is going to cringe at how I mangled Barbara's words but I'll try to live with that ;)

Love Spell of Ereshkigal

In PGM IV 2891 – 2942 a lovespell of Aphrodite is given with the following words:
NOUMILLON BIOMBILLON AKTIOPHI ERESCHIGAL NEBOUTOSOUALETH PHROUREXIA THERMIDOCHE BAREO NE
The name Ereschigal made me think the words might be reshaped into Sumerian and with some deviations I came to this:

NU (creator)
ME (desire / refine / stiffness)
LUNAME (someone)

BU (chase / secret / perfect)
UM (rope)
BIL (burn)
NAME (somebody)

AK (do)
TI (arrow)
U (strength)
PI (unit)

ERESHKIGAL

NE (strength / force / silver)
BU (chase / perfect / secret)
TUS (sit)
SUL (cover)
ATAH (helper)

PAR (canal)
UR (servant / smell / harness)
RIG (donate)
SISA (make straight)

TE (membrane)
AR (praise)
MIDUG (care for)

BA (allot)
RI (cry out / impose / distant)
DUG (speak / do / order)
NE (strength / force / silver)

Create a Desire in Someone
A Secret Rope of Fire for Someone
Make the Arrow Strong
ERESHKIGAL
Secret Force, Helper Sitting in Cover
Donate and Harness a Straight Canal
A Membrane of Praise and Care
Bring the Distant one
With Force

NUMELUNAME
BU'UMBILNAME
AKTIUPI
ERESHKIGAL
NEBUTUSSULATAH
PARURRIGSISA
TEARMIDUG
BARIDUG
NE

82 letters
If U'U becomes U it's 81 or 9x9
and with that a square can be made

- for V and W use U

Because a square also has columns, maybe there are Sumerian words to be found in there as well?

This then gives us a description of the spell, or the spoken words, with the rows, and an instruction of how to perform in the words of the columns:

Create a Desire in Someone
A Secret Rope of Fire for Someone
Make the Arrow Strong
ERESHKIGAL
Secret Force, Helper Sitting in Cover

A Membrane of Praise and Care

=

Fill yourself with Lust
Trace a sigil of the target's name on the square
Visualize the Outcome of this Spell
Lay down and repeat the Spell with passion
Speak to the target
Apply some oil (to yourself)
Arise and apply oil to the paper (with yourself)
Blow on the paper, trace the sigil with your breath
Burn the paper

If you are not completely devoid of rhythm you can easily find the flow in the spell like this:
the (rhytmic) chant which is to be repeated throughout

NU-ME-LU-NA
ME-BUM-BIL-NA
ME-AK-TI-UPI
E-RESH-KI-GAL
NE-BU-TUS-SUL
A-TAH-PA-RURR
IG-SI-SA-TE
AR-MI-DUG-BA-RI-DUG-NE

What oil would you use?

Also, interesting tidbit, the spell could also be associated with Hecate if someone choose to apply the association she is given with Ereschigal in the PGM, one example being PGM IV. 2708-2784: Invocation of Hekate. Here is an excerpt from the invocation:

But you, Oh Hekate, of many names, virgin, maiden; come Goddess, I invoke you, guardian of favor and shelter. Persephone, triple-faced, fire-walker, cow-eyed, BOUORPhORBÊ, PANPhORBA, PhORBARA • AKTIÓPhI ERESChIGAL NEBOUTOSOUALÊTh • One beside the gates PUPULÊDEDEZÓ and gate-breaker.

Come, Hekate, of flaming council, I invoke you with these incantations.

MASKELLI MASKELLÔ PhNOUNKENTABAÔTh OREOBAZAGRA RÊXIChThÔN HIPPOChThÔN PYRPÊGANYX MORMORON TOKOUMBAI

Another more obvious one would be PGM LXX 4-25: Charm of Hekate-Ereschigal against Fear of Punishment.

My theory is that this conflux of Hecate and Ereschigal arose during the occupation of Babylon by Greek-speaking peoples, perhaps during the time of the Seleucid Empire. It would have then had to travel to Ptolemaic Egypt, perhaps through immigration or the natural migration of information or texts. It would then make sense for this spell to have its roots in the old Mesopotamian religion, although if it was translated it might have been in Akkadian, which continued into academic or liturgical use past its use as a common language--in the manner of Latin.

What oil would you use
One with licorice root, calamus and orange peel I made based on (some) ingredients in Command & Compel oil and Crown of Success.
Yeah well, I don't claim this is 100 % the translation of what this spell should be. It's something I made from something because that's what I do.
I also reverse engineer other PGM spells into Hebrew if I see a word that reminds me of it.

It turned out wonderfully, solid working for sure!
