Hello, everyone. I recently started keeping a dream journal, and would be interested in learning lucid dreaming.
In your opinion, what is a good beginner's book? Possibly containing exercises. Also, can you give pointers to other complementary techniques?
Thanks in advance,
Nootech

Robert Bruce is fantastic. The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche is another great resource.
