lucid dreaming struggles?

much appreciate the pinned tutorial, was wondering if anyone else however struggles to lucid dream, that is... the more I try to practice/train the less success I have? The more I want it, the more pressure I put on myself and that ends up blocking me from it. Also is it your opinion that lucid dreaming is the same as astral travel? I've not made up my mind about this...

yeah for me it depends sometimes the same happens, other times I realize but I cant influence, but when I AM 100% lucid everything feels MORE vivid than real life. more alive than real life. its crazy.
