For those who can consistently Lucid DreamHow do you guys do so? What practice did you do to do so? Ive done it a few times to where i could control things in my dreams intentional and want to go about doing so again.
I find to lucid dream more right after I am done with my afternoon meditating and wants to take a nap. I believe several factors contribute to this experience. The meditation itself seems to play a major role, as it heightens my awareness and consciousness, which may carry over into my dream state. This increased mindfulness allows me to recognize when I am dreaming and remain aware within the experience. The position I sleep in during these naps may also influence this process because that not my usual way of sleeping , as well as the timing afternoon naps often place the mind in a unique state between wakefulness and sleep. However, I strongly feel that meditation is the most important factor, as it sharpens my mental clarity and deepens my self-awareness, making it easier to achieve lucidity and consciously navigate my dreams.
