The problem is with how "Lvcifer" got misinterpreted and how people use the name as more of a demonic or dark aspect, the elite "Luciferian" magic is the same magic everyone practices, it is using the mind and spirit to accomplish a goal, wether it is good or bad is up to how the individual uses it. The so called elites use it to try and control society where as cannonically in the bible "Lucifer" was never meant to be a proper name.
One could refer to it as the spirit in an individual and this is scattered through out the bible, in isaiah the spirit of the king failed him due to pride and he wasn't blaanced in his faith, in second peter is says when the lanterns dim and things get dark let the morning star rise in your heart, revelation 16 Christ calls himself the bright and shining morning star (purity of spirit), there is another verse where some is gifted with the morning star (which in this case would be an essence of peace, comfort, relief from fear or maybe someone gave the guy a shroom lol)
All the references to "Morning Star" used to say "Lucifer".
People have watered down what it actually means. if someone refers to lucifers fall it is likely a twisted way to say the soul uses the spirit to attach to the body and it is up to us to refine the spirit not through fear but clarity of mind, if you look at the meaning of Lucifers seal, (from the Grimoire Verum) it shows the connection of opposites, (male and female) balancing the chalice representing wisdom.
So to answer the question of the elites using Luciferian magic, it is just a term that got polluted to scare off or misguide people nothing to do with an external spirit but the spark within. Although I'm sure people have used it to create an egregore but that is not the true meaning.
An interesting aside, Rosicrucian's consider those who focus too much on inner spirit and deny the physical world as "Luciferian" whereas those that are materialistc which the elites try to turn society to is "Ahrimanic" which weakens our spirit thus giving them power to control us through fear, and divide and conquer techniques. This is why discernment is said to be so important to be able to balance the 2 of spirit and body, purpose and wisdom. Work diligently as a devotion to your craft, for the love of your highest Will and you can achieve great things.
