Super sorry but gonna have to decline this one because AFAIK it's only in print, and also I don't feel like picking a fight with BALG. May revisit in the future if scans become available.

Makes sense. I've search the entire internet and not a reliable PDF in sight. I'll have to save up and get it when I can afford it.
