Hi, I was hoping to connect with people who experience some form of mental illness or trauma and have found solace or catharsis in certain rituals or meditations. When I was younger I found a lot of connection in cemeteries and by imagining there were lesser worshipped entities rooting for me. I never really knew how to begin with starting your own personal practice, though. I am not interested in spiritualism or magic as a means to an end or for personal advancement, its just the fact that I cant remain consistent looking into a topic as long as I have a lack of mental stability. (which is true with all things in life too lol) I guess breathe work could lay the grounds for both a personal understanding and dedication; but I really do not know where else to go from there.

Relaxation techniques might help , also learning more about plants and roots , using essential oils to calm the mind, maybe connecting with nature more , also self care is a form of ritual too , all these certainly helped bring more mental stability in my life as I was extremely fractured and all over the place
