What was the first occurrence or thing that made you realize magick was real?

I think I knew it was real as a child. I had a lot of magical experiences when I look back. But then I went into science and forgot all that. It wasn't until I got super sick and tried everything for 6 years to get better. I had multiple doctors, specialists, herbalists, dietitians, acupuncture... Nothing worked. Had my first magical healing ceremony and within 24 hours I had a huge turn around. It took me 3 years to fully recover after that doing magic consistently.
