Manichaeism vs Sethianism

These are the two forms of Gnosticism I feel the most attracted to. In Manichaeism, light and darkness battle each other creating the world. The world is a machine that is gradually separating the light from the darkness. In Sethianism, everything emanates from the Monad. Both of these systems involve an actively evil demiurgic force. I'm really trying to decide which is more coherent.
