i've been able to lucid dream, since around 14 years old or so, never understood
the true meanings. Now i can lucid dream / ' quantum travel' 15 times a night.
A lucid dream i can control my surroundings/ manipulate experiences
this other phenomena, i tap into, is me on a parallel universe, its similar to lucid dreaming
but its not lucid dreaming, i don't know how to explain? i visit places from my past/future
what outcomes are either very alike{present /past} and freakishly predictive with future
as i've noticed ongoing patterns

is this going a correct path, is it mental illness?

i have dreamt the future spot on with many of these experiences also
due to buildings /structures being build that have came to fruition
and received guidance, but im stil very confused

i hope this makes sense, i typed bizarrely but intrigued,
i am still very young, and learning this path.

more-so an experience can last for days , with no perception of time
then i'll awake up,, fall asleep straight back in to a trance.
i get images, demons, angels you name it, i dont know
how id explain it... but id love to know the purpose for the inner-good

This sounds impressive. It sounds like exactly the kind of goal I'd want to achieve if I was any good at lucid dreaming.

Think of it not as being 'freakishly predictive', think of it more like navigating the timelines to a destination.

the reason i made the post i actually forgot to place in,

is there a way to stop it continuously occurring as allnight long it feels
between a constant battle of sleep/wakeful and it can because very exhausting
and i have to try and recover as much sleep as possible through the day to function,
