The Black Sun is banned in Germany but the person using it will only liable to prosecution if "displaying it within the context of National Socialist ideology" (Art. 86a German Penal Code, just looked it up). It's also punishable according to the Czech and Polish penal codes. It's a highly controversial symbol closely linked to the SS, whatever else it may represent. Most people won't think of the swastika as being a Hindu symbol of good luck either. Just saying.
