• Hi guest! As you can see, the new Wizard Forums has been revived, and we are glad to have you visiting our site! However, it would be really helpful, both to you and us, if you registered on our website! Registering allows you to see all posts, and make posts yourself, which would be great if you could share your knowledge and opinions with us! You could also make posts to ask questions!

Long overdue, and also I'm gonna keep it quite short, cause otherwise no one will read it.

Here are a few tips for those of you that are new to WF (and everyone else):
  1. Read the main rules: [Rules] - Official WF Rules
    • Yes, it's a long post, but if you don't read this, you will end up breaking a rule and be given a warning, which if you get more than one, will impact your account and your ability to use the site
    • It's also a good idea to read the other threads in the announcements section
  2. Before you make a thread OR reply to a thread in a section, do the following:
    • Read the name of the section, and the description to have an understanding of what that section is about
    • If posting a thread, read the name and description of every other section so that you know if the thread you're about to make would be better suited to a different section
    • Read the rules thread for that specific section if it has one (it will be pinned to the top inside the section, and have a red "rules" prefix)
    • If replying to a thread, read the thread title, and the entire first post to be confident that you are not going to post something off-topic
  3. If you want to send a DM/PM/start a private conversation with another member, or reply to one you've received, remember these:
    • You must have 20 posts (introduction section doesn't count) to send a PM
    • You must have 5 posts to receive a PM
    • You must follow the rules in PMs too
  4. If you want to attach an image to your post, follow this guide: How to post pictures
