Greetings Amizodpalsdon!
I too have littles! A 5 year old son and a 3 year old daughter.
My son knows me as a wizard, and even refers to me as such when we see one on TV.
I found just being myself with my littles, and keeping my ritual attire visible in our home, and my ritual tools in places where they can see, and inviting them into my sanctuary space when I am conducting a magickal working, so that they can talk with me, and ask quesitons has been an easy way to introduce magick to them.
It's the whole decompartmentalizing aspect that was difficult at first, when I treated magick as seprate from the mundane... Once I started keeping the magick and the mundane as one unit, acting the wizard in my community... I got a lot of wierd looks, and still do, but it's made it easier to be introduce this topic to my children, and now everyone around me just takes magick as part and parcel of who I am.
Success is yours!
-Tim
