Hello everybody,

I am a novice in the study of the occult sciences, but have been interested in some of the related disciplines for some time now. My intellectual curiosity leads me to be interested in different aspects of these but I am currently particularly interested in ceremonial magic. Before practicing, I would like to learn the theoretical and philosophical aspects behind it. By browsing the forum as well as searching other digital libraries, I was lucky enough to be able to collect some books to educate myself on the subject.

In addition to this, I am also interested in Freemasonry. My registration on the forum aims at discussing with the members, asking various practical and theoretical questions and sharing my discoveries/thoughts on the topics discussed.

Welcome, I would recommend browsing the library and see what strikes your fancy.

Thank you for your message - I have already directed some research towards the Goetia. "Modern Magick - Donald Kraig" and "Eliphas Levi's Dogme et Rituel de la Haute Magie" are also recommanded. Anything by Israel Regardie, the Ciceros, S L MacGregor - Mathers, W B Yeats, Arthur Waite, Eliphas Levi as well. I would like to learn properly, so I am open to suggestions !

Techniques of High Magick by Francis King and Stephen Skinner
Magic: Black and White by Franz Hartmann and/or Carl Nagel
Words of Power and Babylonian Words of Power by Carl Nagel
Magick in Theory and Practice by Crowley

Off the top of my head, there are some more. I like the classical approach, it makes sense.
