But the forum is precisely a place for communication. Therefore, the administration has introduced rules that encourage communication.

you're not forced to do anything. not participating here is so easy that 99.999% of the world does it, most of them without even realizing that they're doing it. it's only the people who expect to get something and give nothing that end up disappointed, and it's pretty reasonable to disappoint those people.
