So since last time I've just been continuing Meditation practice, along with my best attempt at Venerating myself. I have noticed my Meditations becoming continuously more and more easy to get into. I do typically 2x for however long I feel. But, minimum 10 minutes. I think I'm on the brink of being able to connect energetically with myself. Working with a meditating mind has given me more and more practice on feeling my own energies whilst my brain is quiet. Trying to push and pry what I feel while my brain tries to comment on them. That's the toughest part. But, the sensations of all kinds have been growing. So has the shield against external pressure and anxieties.
I don't typically meditate while high, but last night I tried it. I saw shapes and colors of all varying sizes. It was extremely strong and I just sat in my chair and sort of succumbed to the overwhelming feeling passing over my body. I could hear multiple different noises like chatter, and some like rain or trees. I tried my typical breath meditation while I sat and I think I felt my Aura for maybe the first time. As I was breathing, I tried to focus this white smoke on my Aura instead of my body. This time I could see and feel what seemed to be an obvious aura emanating from my body. I sat there for a while and just laid in it until my friend ended up coming back. It was the most vivid experience I have had yet.
So far I'm grateful for taking this journey. I read a lot of peoples trouble is lust for results. Although I don't have much trouble in the first place with this, it's so much easier not to when it's so enjoyable. Meditation makes me incredibly ready for the day and in times of exhaustion, rush, or anything will bring me back to a stable place. I look forward to each and every practice with not a lust but just a quiet knowledge that I will one day achieve my goals. My thoughts no longer speak up and theorize about what sensations I feel, or the little things that one might point out to when hoping. Instead they are daily being refined and honed for future work. I look forward to that day that I am able to enjoy the culmination of my reward, but I think I already am in a sense.
Carpe Diem
