On contacting deities

(I think im in the right place)
So there i was
In the bathtub meditating with clear quartz to rercharge and put some chakras in their place
And this like feminine voice pops into my head saying
"Your heart has been hurt, right?"
And im like yea
And who ru (hoping for hestia)
And two images popped into my head
1 a fire place (i thought at the time)
2 a butterfly
The butterfly was weird
I finish and do some research and find out psyche is related to the butterfly
So i think the fire was either my brain going yep totally hestia or an oil lamp
Id like to hear if other ppl have had similar expeirences and tips to proceed
Also this is rlly strange but i found a burlap oak leaf thing on my bed and have no idea where it came from
