There is a 0.3 MB copy on annas-archive.org but it's a zip file containing txt-format files for each and every single page of the book. I downloaded it and it seems to be the real deal but I for my part won't post it here, it's pretty inconvenient to read, people would probably complain.

Yes of course, they're text-only files after all, not blurry scans. You'll have to open each file separately though and copy its contents into a more sophisticated word processing program, so if all that hassle is worth it to you... maybe there's a way of automating this process but that's beyond my humble computer skills.
