Near my friend's house, there was a black pentagram drawn inside a circle. Over time, it got damaged, and when you passed by it, unpleasant things happened. I decided to scrape the pentagram off the wall. I couldn't scrape it all off, but some corners of the circle and pentagram came off. which made it worse. I painted over it completely with black spray paint, but it didn't lose its effect. It feels like a door opening from hell to the world. Should I scrape it off the wall at the first opportunity? Does anyone know of an alternative solution? It's in front of an apartment door, and I don't look very good trying to scrape something off the wall.

Black pentagrams are for absorbing negativity, white pentagrams are for reflecting negativity.
You should have repaired it instead.
Just spitballin' a solution here because I've never dealt with this situation, but call on the most sublime spirit you work with to exorcise and seal it.

I asked John Michael Greer, and he told me, "The problem isn't in the pentagram. Banish over it once to release the remaining emotional energy you've piled onto it, and then ignore it." I did that, and the problem was solved. Thank you all for your interest.
