It has come to my mind several times that its practically impossible for this world pr dimension to be excluded from this kind of beings.
Most of us do have the knowledge that, in a lot of beliefs, the espiritual/energy vampires aren't just some mystic invention of humans. We can read lots of books on how to do it and there even are covens about this, so why would we have entities, animals, whatsoever of lots of kinds and see the existence of a creature that feeds on blood and looks like humans exists?

Vampires are just demon possessed humans.. Some people form pacts knowingly and unknowingly (through subconscious, within dreams, unconsciously sometimes), with demonic beings.. Often times they gain abilities/intuition.. The lore about sunlight and all that is just hollywood perception.. same with the need for blood.. but that comes from the demons need for it, not the humans.. and it doesn't happen by biting people necessarily.. usually people donate their blood within these circles.. but in the more elite circles, there are sacrifices... Its very much Satanic in influence. Certain animal blood can be used too..its usually boiled

They dont always consider themselves vampires.. and not always are they narcissists... Though often times they tend to be very lustful, and bisexual or homosexual in nature... from my experience anyways with the few I've met.
