How can I control the planets to change the planetary influences that are predefined by my birth?

You cant . Unless you get into modern BS feel good astrology .
Old school astrology - born under a bad sign ? Too bad - tough luck .
What you can do though is get the best out of what you got , go around things, detour to get what you want by other means - concentrate on beneficial aspects ... things like that .
You could try with planetary magick to change , block the bad, increase the good , etc . But I would not personally bet on getting results from that ... but who knows ? Maybe you will - try it and find out .

Maybe instead of changing it finding what the strengths and weaknesses of that sign and finding a personal intrepration that works for you.
Even supposed 'bad' signs might be able to have strengths that could benefit you with enough haggling.
