Psychic Vampirism

I’ve been trying to find out various ways to siphon energy from a specific target. Funnily enough, I mostly found people showcasing ways to protect against psychic vampires instead. I found a method that involves visualizing a tendril coming from one’s solar plexus and into the targets. Which was fine and I did try, but the results were very sparse.

Are there any other more concrete methods of psychic vampirism?

This is a really great question - I too have looked into this and as you reported, have mainly just found information about shields and protection.

I know it can be done as I knew someone who could do it intentionally. I felt him do it to me on numerous occasions (for obvious reasons I don't associate with him now). His other psychic and energetic abilities were extremely heightened as well. I'm not sure what method he used exactly, but it was like he knew exactly what to say to trigger me and then literally siphoned the energy leak from my field. I could feel it happening and it wasn't subtle.

The book Vamprie's Way to Psychic Self-Defense by John Kreiter talks about turning negative energy leaks into energetic food via breathing methods, but it doesn't necessarily say how to aim that at one specific person to assure the leak comes from them. But it's the closest I've found.
