Psychotronic Warfare uses radio waves to tap into the Hz frequencies of a person's brainwaves using Tesla technology. This is done to give them the effect of having a voice talking to them inside of their heads. These could be one of the reasons for the 'voices' that 'schizophrenic' people hear. The other two reasons would be telepathy or astral demons and evil ghosts.

I used to assist a radionics practitioner. The device worked well and in ways I did not expect

At one time I could find a photo of a large wall entirely covered by a radionics device - allegedly used by the CIA for assassinations. Google no longer finds the photo

Etheric implants are common. Mostly they can be removed when the human uses light from their heart.

The implants typically are on top of the head, back of the neck, back/front of heart, and at the base of the spine.
