Very kind of you, @Diaa! The OP has long ceased to be active on this forum.
It's a free booklet (13 pages) available at the author's website. I can't give you the URL here because the site contains a shop, and therefore posting it would be against forum rules but if you google the guy's name in inverted commas (= search for exact expression), you'll find it yourself. Go to "FREE Chi Kung Info", select "Qigong & Magntic Force" and click on the cover of the booklet to download. There might be additional booklets on this site, I didn't try all the option!
