Sorry, can't find the book anymore. No idea where I got it from, it's been such a long time ago.

Explanation: mega terminated my old account due to copyright complaints last year in October, and I still get reupload requests for my new one. The fact that I don't have the book on my harddisk anymore suggests to me that it wasn't such a hot read anyway and as a result got deleted.

Oh sorry to hear that. R.A. Gilbert's writings (at least not all) are not so easy to find around.
