[Help] R. Bruce - Kundalini Rising course?

I finally found the full course here (been looking for it for months), and after downloading it, I watched the Essentials + the first 5 videos. So far I didn't see any explanations on how to raise kundalini or what type of meditations to use etc. And I'm probably wrong or I didn't understand something. But those of you who have experience with Robert Bruce's kundalini course, can you please explain a bit what needs to be done, and if this is a type go guided meditation style course or something else? So far, I've mostly done The Gateway Tapes, but this seems a bit different.

From what I've seen, he's a poor source for this (he seems decent for OBEs though). He's also dead now. Yet another case of dying younger than average despite claims of health through his energy practices.

I believe that it is possible to extend life using energy, but the work it requires is some serious dose. So people who have time speaking about it, are rare to be ones who really do it and make it work.
