I'm not watching the video- anything with one of those AI thumbnails immediately puts me off- but it's from the Conybeare Testament of Solomon, and you'll find it

R(h)abdos is Greek for rod or staff, and a name of Hermes' wand. Rhabdomancy is the "proper" name for what we in the UK call dowsing- divination, often for water, using a forked branch of hazel. Given that Rabdos serves a revelatory function in the Testament, and the Mercurial nature of Hermes, I don't think it's too far fetched to view it as a personification of divination.
As an aside, we had the water company out at the house about 10 years ago, when a neighbour was having problems with their supply. They were tramping around out front for a couple of hours, trying to find an old, undocumented water pipe. I was amazed to see them eventually break out the copper divining rods when everything else had failed! My parents had a set back in the 70s and it was bizarre to see them being used by modern engineers. No, they didn't work- they used something that looked like LiDAR in the end!
I know it's not much of an answer but hope it gives you something to work with.
