What's your experience with and/or opinions on it? I tried it a few times and it didn't seem really difficult to do so. (But that's probably because I had already experimented with different mediations/visualizations at this point, and I may have done it as a kid without putting a name to it.) I'll admit most of the times I've done it, it was Pokemon related but there are probably better uses for it.

Did you take it from a particular book? My opinion is that magic is using an unexpected side-effect of normal human consciousness to trace your path to a version of the future, which contains a version of you where the success condition is also present. You are then that person.

You may well experience other, seemingly unrelated, coincidences around your success condition, like ripples from a pond when you throw a stone.

I can't find out where it originated, I just know that it's spread through social media and I wanted to try it. I wanted to see if anyone here had a more educated take on it.
