A good deal is asked here by those new to this terrain. Practically nothing is asked by those who have reached the stage where the next step in their work is to teach and transmit. This is something I am increasingly interested in but... I have been around the dancefloor enough to know that a lot of people are more interested in wasting their own time and mine than in serious work. That leaves me with a bit of a conundrum...
My own LHP initiator recently slipped off this mortal coil and I came to thinking about transmission (the order through which I was initiated is in a shambolic state and cannot be recovered). The time is right, the question for me is the vessel. A while ago, on WF, I set out a Vampyric curriculum and I turned this into a handbook for the tradition that I received. In essence, it is the book I wish I had when I started out. I have genuinely attempted to distil the very best into something no-nonsense (no Qlippoth, no Goetia, no rants about "mundanes", no LARPing) and potent. It has a four stage, thirteen-lunar-cycle-long initiatory process, a kind of Book of Shadows where practices that are connected with the vampire archetype are set out for use and experimentation (along with my notes on trying them), a reading list, a few essays and some honest Heart to Heart advice for those who are suited to the work. I'm not hawking the book here but I am interested in what to do with it. As I see it, these are my options and I'm interested in hearing what others may think:

- I Remanifest a very small, free "Order" (I wouldn't use the word order but you get my point) and transmit directly to initiates who I think are suited. This allows me a kind of quality control (I would get to gatekeep who comes in) and asking that someone turns up in person eliminates the non-serious. There is something deeply appealing about the idea of finding three or four high quality people, pouring my energy and time into them and saying "Now, take this further than me". There's also the advantage of a living transmission, virtually offline and initiates having each other (which is more than I got... "I would have killed for tapa tapa tapa"). The downside is that I wonder to what degree the idea of an order is Old Aeon gameplaying, of no use anymore or in the very near future? I'm not interested in creating a business or running this like the but something much quieter and focused. Still, whether an offline order is a viable thing in 2026 is something that I'm interested in hearing opinions on.
- The ONA approach: found an order but essentially as a publishing house that releases the material freely while still belonging to a tradition. The upsides are that this reaches the maximum number of people who might benefit (including those who can't just jump on a plane to England or Italy at will) and they get to test it out in their lived experience, which is all that matters. The downsides? Precisely those of the ONA: anyone can then speak "for" a tradition which they may not have even put into personal practice properly. There's also the frustration of pouring love and lifeforce into something for it to enter yet another PDF collection and collect digital dust.
- I professionally publish. This is on the table. A well-known occult publishing house has expressed some interest if the manuscript is edited for a wider audience. It would mean watering down but would, again, reach more people than a select Order would and it would exist in the social world in a way different than "copyleft" ONA texts. The major downside is that I, a very private person, am then associated in the public mind (and someone would find out my name, that's how the internet works).
- Something else? I am open to suggestions.
