Remove the "dislike" and "troll" reactions.

They literally just enable me to be an asshole and I don't see how they add anything productive to a conversation. Do we really need the ability to dogpile on a low quality poster or troll? There's already a report button.

I appreciate that the dislike button lowers the poster's reaction score. Makes the score more meaningful/relevant.
