Switching to completely organic diet had the surprising effect of youthfulness. Look about ten years younger at least. Grey hairs started before thirty though
Working through trauma really helped with energy, leaves more capacity for nice things, looking and feeling good.

The more 'shine' you have the more attractive you will be. Had to double take when I looked in the mirror.

As for a literal fountain of youth, not found that one yet.

Here is a healing & rejuvenation rite from Geoffrey Gray-Cobb's "New Avatar Power":

I call thee ZOROEL and SABRIEL who have dominion over physical and mental health. At my command, banish from me all diseases, discomfort, sickness, and malfunction of body and mind.

Send down Your beneficial healing rays, for Your are able to bring this to pass. During each passing hour Your powers will bring youthfulness and freedom from pain.

I say this command with the healing words IMANUEL which Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego sang in the fiery furnace and were delivered. Thus shall Your powers dispel this sickness and disease.

So mote it be.

In the book Geoff Gray-Cobb claims that this ritual made the hair on a bald patch on his head grow back but then his pulp-magic works are full of such outrageous claims and success stories (which his fans insist are a crucial part of his magic). I wonder if those two kabbalistic angels are really capable of effecting rejuvenation on a cellular level… however, I don't think such magic alone can be a substitute for lifestyle changes or undo the consequences of years of unhealthy habits.

Is this possible? What gods or spirits can help? Can you do this without them?
Yes and this kind of magic is strongly associated with Vampyrism and central to my own work. It is intrinsically Left Hand Path because it is not surrendering to fate but consciously trying to intervene/reverse it. More on fate in a moment.

It does not depend on gods, you need never work with them at all, but invoking selectively (closer to plugging into an egregore or totem for your work than traditional religious approaches) can help. "Spirits" are useless for this kind of work. In terms of gods, those strongly associated with the Vampyre tradition work best: Ishtar, Dionysus, Freyja, Satan, even calling on the Vampire as archetype - all of these forces traffic in these forms of intensity.

What is needed are sources of replenishing energy. This can come from treating your body with healthy and life-giving foods, drinking enough water and getting exercise. That will change your body which will, in turn, give you access to greater levels of energy which then need to be transmuted towards renewal. One powerful way of doing this is to undergo new experiences. The brain associates new experiences, opening new neural pathways, with youth because, in their first twenty-five years, most people do most of their learning. When the brain is forced into new experiences all the time, it will respond as it did in youth, as it always does, releasing a flood of hormones into your bloodstream (another reason why good diet and exercise are important). The more visceral these new experiences are the better - try sky diving, sleeping outdoors, for really potent influxes, though a new kind of film or trying something outside of your comfort zone will also work.

In times of dire need, you can use what Anton LaVey called Erotic Crystallization Inertia (ECI). This means turning towards aesthetic inputs (music, decor, films, etc.), which you associate with your own puberty or times of high sexualisation. This will release energy which those things have stored for you. Use this technique sparingly though. Unless it's an extremely powerful form you can wear it out. Say, if a song reminds you of being thirteen, you will get a release of energy through hearing it again but if you overplay it, the association will shift from when you were thirteen to now.

In the final analysis we cannot escape from the fates entirely. One day our body will break down and die. What we can do is alter the parameters of time and what things look like within that time. Like Odin knew, we must surrender to the fates in the end but, while we can, it doesn't mean we shouldn't try to avert them.

I am finding this really interesting🤔
Wintruz is describing something very similar to my experience with healing.
After a long time of deprivation from games and other poisons, the hormonal rush of a gripping story based game I absolutely let flood into me broke through blocks and healed a split in consciousness. I internalized the whole thing and really got behind the characters as though I was the actor in the script.
I tuned into the frequency of the game itself.
I guess it could be put down as a form of nostalgia, but ritualized.

I have heard of this happening with movies as well.

This has happened before under crisis and somewhat sleep deprived as though I needed that sort of pressure to come together. I get the impression that I am describing some sort of LHP thing without realizing.

New Avatar Power sounds worth a shot for those recovering from 'mind' problems.

In Taoism the cosmic orbit (which has been popularized in a watered down way) can strengthen and extend one's life force. Having said that, my teacher's teacher still died in his 80's (although to be fair he had also experienced events that were said to decrease his life force).

The closest thing to life extension outside of this and probably some unverified yoga methods (unverified but probably nonetheless true) is exercise (too much of which is held in Traditional Chinese Medicine to also deplete the life force). Exercise is at any rate crucial for our practice as we age in order for us to physically keep at it.

Where does LaVey talk about this?
