Is this "The History of the Rune Gild"? Thorsson/Flowers has written a lot about runes, many of his rune books are available on annas-archive.org.

I also found this description of a link on yandex (the link itself led somewhere else):
"The Rune-Gild, Kindle Edition, 2018. Edred Thorsson. This complete course of study and practice has been used by the initiates of the Rune-Gild since 1980."
Requesting courses is against Book Request Rules - not that it matters, I for one are unable to find it anyway.

EDIT: Stupid me, I was so focussed on the title of your thread that I completely overlooked the "The History of the..." in your post, so you weren't requesting the course after all. No luck here so far as well though.
