Salutations and Introduction

Hello All, I guess it goes without saying that I am new to the forum. I have been exploring philosophy fairly heavily for the last couple years and I am very interested in occult philosophy. I feel I am getting quite a late start do to several self styled “theologians” in the family consistently having their superstitious opinions at the maximum volume with minimal understanding of what they fear.

While at least sometimes I am sure they had the best of intentions, the time has come to walk my own path. I presume other folk here have similar experiences, suffice it to say, hello again and thank you for contributing to an environment where someone can actually talk about these ideas without necessarily getting a speech about fire and brimstone.

Welcome! I'm glad to say that I have never had to endure the fire and brimstone speech - normally what happens when I talk about my ideas is that people fall asleep
