How does one do so? What are your techniques? Can more than one method work?

Hint - I know the answers. This is for me and newbies.

My first answer would be a combination of Body Awareness per Regardie and the Relaxation Ritual from Kraig. With this combo, parasites should be driven off, and you can tell where the problem areas are. There are other techniques too.
