[Opinion] Seed retention helps?(am new in this)

Hello, lately i saw a lot of occultists and spiritual teachers claims that retain seed can accelerate or cause more OBEs at least, im on 8 days of seed retention, my third eye chakra is vibrating strong and yesterday i start seeing people's aura for first time ¿i think am ready to experience OBE? But still not happen.

i start doing all of this because a friend of mine wich is freemason tell me to do it he explain me the science behind wich is OBE needs strong vibrations, seed retention increase spiritual/chakra/aura/subttle body vibrations=more easy OBEs

I have over 100 seconds of retention, and I do it more for self-control than for any religious or ascetic reason. I think it's good practice for reaching altered states without using sex magic or chaos magic.

I would say yes. I'm on 4 months of semen retention right now and it's certainly been a boon to my dream life and really any spiritual practice I might engage in. If you're a newbie I would shy away from practicing sex magick while on semen retention at first. Pump up those numbers! lol

Lots of historical premise to the idea of abstaining from sex. Most spells in the PGM reference some amount of abstinence from both sex and meat until the spell is complete. Often they would simply recommend going as long as you could to increase the effects.

Me personally, I prefer elevating sexual experiences with breathing and visualization. But I'm just trying to enjoy sex and my partner more than trying to perform magick.
