Hello people, not that long time ago i started to get interested in black magic and demonology. I have a christian background and my parents are christian and believe in God and i can't really describe this, i probably even believe in God and at the same time i don't, i dont know how the Universe structures, but i started researching many info about demons, Lucifer and fallen angels. To keep this quick, i want to learn more about demons the actual info (if the "actual" even exists) and i want to work with some experienced people in this field. Also im sorry about my grammar, its not that good because English is not my first language and im only studying it. If any of you all can help me and tap me in for a bit i would appreciate it
I'm not exactly sure what do you want to gain from getting in contact with demons. The concept of selling the soul to the demons doesn't exist beyond Christianity. If it does, I don't know about it. (it actually makes me roll my eyes when Christians come here in hope to sell their soul, never understood that)
Also cannot tell much about what you researched, probably not much of useful stuff. Once you get access into the library, take a look at our books on the demons. If you are interested in Christian magic, you will find some works on that too.
There are some people here working with demons who can share their experience, if you are asking for that.
You can't sell your soul. You are the soul, and your soul have a far higher autonomy than your ego and human consciousness, which ultimately pushes you into this idea in the first place. It's limited, and lacking. Whatever people claim they do when they 'sell their soul', it's not what they think happens.
I'm with demons from the get go and beyond, I can not be more clear about this.

Exactly…. The “soul-selling” concept is a Christian import — it has no functional place in actual demonological practice. Good to see it stated plainly

Selling your soul simply isnt possible. You would literally disintegrate from reality if you lost your soul. Your soul does not function like that, it is stuck with you forever and you cant simply give it away, it just isnt metaphysically possible.
Soul selling is a Hollywood invention. No such thing, as most think of it. There are pacts - from pact based grims in the Grimoire Tradition, like the Grim Verum - but those are just formal alliances, and can be done with or without the formal protocols. In the end both are more about making a commitment, entanglement, meaning... making a solid effort at taking it seriously.
@Morell@Saint@Accipeveldare@MorganBlack and others that replied to my post, i appreciate it, thanks. I am just new to this and to be honest my only knowledge sources about demonology, christianity and mythology are coming from youtube, ai or some "clear" websites with raw info. Also, i dont know who to trust and gain true information if its as i told even exists, the one correct truth. I heard about Faust that sold his soul, many sources are confirming it but you are saying human cant do it even physically. Maybe this is just a pact as Morgan said, i dont know. But what can you recommend me? I want to start obtaining knowledge about demons, universe and all this stuff. Maybe working with them in the future
Simply said gods of one religion are demons of another. Demonification of other faiths is very common in Christianity and goes far beyond marking malevolent spirits. it comes from need to make people not to leave the faith and join another. It was rather politics during history... and kind of it still is, because it allows for tribe thinking and controlling. Fear is part of control tactic as long as there is need to control people. However it is stupidly overused. In Christianity mindset they are only ones that have angels, the rest of the world has demons:
Loki, Thor, Odinn - demons
Thoth, Ra, Anubis - demons
Tuatha de Dannan - demons
Faery - demons
Demons, Demons, Demons everywhere... except in the church. Should be apparent enough that it is nonsense.
The tale of Faust is just rural legend, one of many that Christians tell each other to confirm their fear of magic and demons.
The term demon probably comes from Greek Daemon, meaning power of fate, it was pretty neutral there, simply forces that could influence you for better or worse.
Demons can be considered without much issue as one of many nations of spirits. There is history, a lot of mythology, misconceptions, just like with everyone. Basics with any spirit nation is to be respectful, to show some humility. There are good books on working with the demons, if you are interested in that, though you don't have to. Magic is achieved through many means and working with spirits is just as complex as working with the humans.
Now for the one correct truth... no such thing. We will never know everything, therefore we can never write down absolute truth. That is about physical world and spiritual world, where matter is not set "in stone" as here, the things get more relative, changeable and fluid.
I myself do not work demons, but there are many people here who do and I hope they will give you good pointers to begin with. I'm hesitating if I could advice the book Consorting With Spirits, which I'm unsure about but I like that it feels written from personal experience.

To add a little more, AI is not study tool, it's brain-rot developing tool. If you want to learn, read books. There is a lot in the library, you can start from beginners section, or hit search and look for demon related books specifically, if that's your passion.

In the occult sense, people use “selling your soul” as shorthand for things that do happen in some forms of spirit work. I’m talking about vows, and a lot of contracts with hidden vows fall into this area too.
That’s why I said in another thread on this forum that if you can’t see subtle currents, it’s better not to make contracts and pacts at all. Because you don’t actually know what you’re stepping into. You think you’re signing one simple exchange, but you can’t perceive what’s happening and what’s moving underneath it. And yes, you can make commitments that feel like “selling your soul,” and they have consequences. These are parts of what your soul works with.
And when people say they work with demons, they’re not all talking about the same thing. Most are doing petition work as in they evoke or invoke a demon and ask for results (money, influence, a job, whatever). Others treat a demon like a patron and build a long-term relationship. I never do petition work. When I work with demons, it’s about shadow work, and I work with them in their own realms.
There are actually quite some things you can do to alter your own soul, or even someone else's soul if you know how. Very few people can do it. But if a soul can be altered, I’ll let you fill in the rest.

I like the straightforwardness. I would like to say that most people you hear about "selling their soul" either never touched magick in their life or made a pact with an entity and the story got demonized by christians.

No, shadow work is not meditation. I don’t do meditation at all. Shadow work is the process of going into the parts of yourself, not to feel better in the moment, but to identify the subconscious patterns to extract and reprogram them.
Indeed. A pact is usually just an agknowledgment of each other and an alliance. It does not have any strings attached unless you want it to, and even if there were, it would not be your soul. I have worked with quite a handful of entities. A pact is usually just a way to say "We have mutual respect for each other, now lets get to work"
