Separate Tarot Section

Considering that so many posts are relative to the practice and interpretation of tarot, I think it would be useful to have a separate Tarot section of the forum. I see that there is a divination section in RHP, but tarot is used by just about everyone. A separate grouping for tarot with subsections for topics like interpretation, favorite decks, etc., could help keep some (read: many) threads from becoming too heavily saturated with tarot discussion and help forum flow.

I agree, though I would separate not only tarot but all methods of divination together... or at least make subsection for other forms of divination.

Separating tarot will not happen. It’s not a wide enough subject to have its own subforum.

Separating out divination from RHP might happen in the future, but the current volume of posting happening in the RHP section and in relation to divination is not at a stage where this is required at the moment.

I’ve said before that I view section divisions as a pragmatic, practical thing - not a semantic thing. If the post volume was low enough I would lump LHP and RHP into the same forum. So if the argument is semantic it will never be considered.

New sections are to be made/branched off purely for practical reasons. I.e. if it becomes untenable to moderate/find posts in a section because there is a high volume of both X and Y topic in the same section.

I can consider adding some prefixes to the occult sections now that we have a decent volume of posting happening.

I’ll think about it.
